Lead Wellness Coach

I have been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 20 years, and we have three beautiful daughters. I started at Heal the City as an intern from West Texas A&M University from the Exercise Science department, and I knew after seeing the anticipation of opening the new Wellness Center that is where I wanted to be. I am grateful to have this opportunity to serve my brothers and sisters in Christ!

Wellness Coach

I am an Amarillo native, the youngest of 8, with an overabundance of wonderful nephews and nieces. I currently have two bachelor's degrees and am a WT graduate student preparing for my Fulbright English teaching experience in East Timor. Truly, I am thankful and blessed with the opportunity to serve others as a member of an awesome team here at Heal the City. I hope to use my experience as a type one diabetic to really understand and empower others.

Patient Care Coordinator

I graduated from Palo Duro High School in 2016. I decided to pursue the medical field, and I started by getting my CMA. I worked at urgent care for a year, and I now have the opportunity to work with the amazing team at HTC. I'm excited about the opportunity to provide our community with excellent service and healthcare.

Communications Coordinator

I am a Texas Tech University graduate that majored in Microbiology. I have dogs, turtles, chickens, and bunnies always waiting for me to get home. My work at Heal The City started as a volunteer translator and was blessed to have met such an amazing team.  I'm grateful to have been given the opportunity to help serve alongside the most amazing people.  I hope to take what I learn from my time at the clinic and apply it to all aspects of my life.

I have been volunteering as a nutrition educator for Heal the City since 2018, and I love teaching patients about nutrition. I currently work at Northwest Texas Healthcare System providing outpatient nutrition counseling. My past work experience has been working in food pantries and researching ways to improve the nutritional quality of food banks and food pantries across the US. My wonderful husband, Corey, is a youth pastor at a local church and I volunteer with him most evenings.

Wellness Coordinator

My name is Jonathan, and I have the amazing opportunity to serve as the Wellness Coordinator for this year! I recently graduated from Baylor University with a French major and a chemistry minor, and I plan on attending medical school after serving here in Amarillo. When I’m not in the clinic, you might be able to find me playing soccer at the park or trying out local restaurants with Payson. I look forward to serving the community alongside the wonderful staff here at Heal the City!
