  • Creative Cooking - One of our most attended classes! Join Brittani every Thursday at 10:30 AM for a cooking demonstration of diabetic-friendly recipes.

  • Dance Cardio - No matter what your dance background is, you'll be able to keep up with these easy-to-follow combos! Let go of your inhibitions and get ready to jump, shimmy, and feel the beat. This class will feature different types of dance each week, from Latin to pop to hip-hop!

  • Drawing - Join Zach every Thursday at 4 PM to learn the fundamentals of drawing, such as shading, composition, and methods. This class is for all levels of artists, from beginners to experts.

  • Financial Literacy - Learn the basics of financial literacy such as money management, budgeting, saving, and debt management.

  • Gym Basics - New to the gym and wondering how to use the equipment? Join us for a class to teach you the basics of using the equipment in the FIT Center.

  • Mind Matters - Take the weight off your mind and spirit with this discussion-based class with Jenn every Tuesday at 9 am! We discuss the different aspects of maintaining your mental health and developing strategies to keep your mind and spirit uplifted.

  • Nutrition Classes - Part of a long and healthy life is making good nutritional choices. Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Kayla, will teach patients condition-specific modifications to their diets to improve their health outcomes.

  • QuickFit - Low on time? This 10-minute workout is great for beginners! Fire up those muscles with this strength routine.

  • SitFit by FaithFuzedFitness - Full body movements increase the heart rate, tone muscles, and improve joint range of motion, all from a chair! Christian music and scriptures are fused in to bring spiritual encouragement.

  • Tobacco-Free Lifestyle (beginning January 2022) - Set yourself free from tobacco! Join Diane, a Mayo Clinic-trained tobacco cessation specialist, to learn tips to tackle nicotine cravings and set a quit date. Whether you’re just in need of a bit of push to quit or have given up entirely on stopping, this class will equip you with tools to be free from tobacco and live a longer, healthier life!

  • Tai Chi - An ancient martial arts discipline that helps the person learn balance and coordination. The movements are slow and detailed and follow a predictable progression. Tai Chi is also an excellent class for individuals with chronic conditions such as arthritis and joint or tissue inflammation, among others.

  • TRX - TRX is a suspension training that simultaneously uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. Modifications are welcome!

  • Walking Group - Did you know joining a support group is one of the most effective ways to reach your goals? Our Walking Group will provide patients with low-impact cardiovascular exercise and the opportunity to make new friends or chat with old ones!

​

  • Yoga - Practice yoga poses, relaxation, and breathing techniques while improving balance, flexibility, and reducing stress.

​

  • Yoga Flow - With continuous movement and deep relaxation, this is a non-strenuous class with a therapeutic approach focused on breathing, stretching, and smooth flow movements.
